Tom Still, Director of Operations

Tom has been with us since 1992 and was named Director of Operations in 2016. He has 30+ years of experience with criminal and civil investigations and professional event security. Tom has a State of Ohio Private Investigator and Security License. He is an expert in Electronic Debug Sweeps.  He graduated from our Policy Academy (we no longer operate). Tom is a retired law enforcement officer of 10 years, serving at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. Tom received the NSME Akron/Canton Accent on Excellence Award in 2023.

Parrish worked in Summit County Corrections Division and the Summit County Courthouse – special services. Parrish was awarded the 2007 Deputy of the Year, held a commission as a special deputy United States Marshal, and served on the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force / Northern District. He has experience in the corrections division, investigations, basic patrol operations, courts and special services, fugitive apprehension, and crowd control.

He is an established, trusted professional with extensive experience in complex security and analysis decision-making—he works well in high-risk-high pressure decision-making and problem resolution. Rick follows a tactful no-nonsense approach that saves lives, time, and money.  He’s a retired Officer (honorably discharged) with U.S. Army Special Operations community.

Chris May provides key security details for Bedford City School District and the Cleveland Browns. He was a Senior Federal Air Marshal for fourteen years until his retirement. He served as a member of the Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response team, conducted security operations for the Indianapolis Super Bowl and the G8 Summit. He is a Federal Certified Instructor in Defensive Measures.
