Timothy Dimoff, President & CEO

Tim Dimoff is one of the nation’s leading authorities in high-risk workplace and human resource issues. Tom Still, Lead Investigator/Director of Security, SACS Consulting & Investigative Services Inc.

Tom Still, Director of Operations

Tom has been a valued member of the SACS team since 1992, and was named Director of Operations in 2016. He has more than 30 years of experience with criminal and civil investigations and professional event security. A graduate of our (former) Policy Academy and an expert in Electronic Debug Sweeps, Tom is licensed by the State of Ohio as a Private Investigator. Before joining SACS he served Akron’s Summa Health System as a law enforcement officer of 10 years. In recognition of his community leadership, Tom received the NSME Akron/Canton Accent on Excellence Award in 2023.

Laura A. Petrella, Vice President, Client Services

Laura came to us a seasoned business professional from her 27 years at the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce. She has strong business acumen, excelling in day-to-day business operations, streamlining processes, CRM, organizational skills, and business marketing. She also works on private investigations and background verifications, and is trained in electronic debug sweeps.

SACS Security specialist / investigator Mark Mondello

Mark Mondello, Security Specialist | Investigator

Mark is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he graduated at the top of his class from both Basic Military Training and The Security Forces Academy. As a Security Forces Supervisor, Mark provided security for general officers, foreign dignitaries and visiting celebrities, as well as for billions of dollars in Air Force resources. An expert marksman, he taught military law enforcement to incoming police officers in the classroom and on the shooting range. While on active duty, Mark earned the rank of Staff Sergeant, a Non-Commissioned Officer. As a civilian, Mark spent 10 years protecting the citizens of Cleveland Heights, where he served as a police officer. During his tenure with the CHPD, Mark became an A.L.I.C.E-certified Active Shooter Response Training instructor, and maintained an active membership with the Ohio Crime Prevention Association. Mark holds academic degrees in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management and Homeland Security.

Randall Parrish, Security Officer and Private Investigator

Randall worked in Summit County Corrections Division and at the Summit County Courthouse in special services, were he was recognized as 2007 Deputy of the Year. He held a commission as a special deputy United States Marshal, and served on the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force / Northern District. He has experience in corrections, investigations, basic patrol operations, courts and special services, fugitive apprehension, and crowd control.

Michelle Dimoff coordinates all our financial accounts, including receivables, billings, deposits, business checking accounts, and monthly/yearly balance sheets. Additionally, Michelle coordinates all aspects of payroll and insurance services for SACS’s employees.

Rick follows a tactful no-nonsense approach that saves lives, time, and money. He’s also a retired Officer (honorably discharged) with U.S. Army Special Operations community.

A retired Senior Federal Air Marshal (14 years), he served as a member of the Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response team, conducting security operations for the Indianapolis Super Bowl and the G8 Summit. Chris is a Federal Certified Instructor in Defensive Measures.
