Time Management Workshop

Objective:
The participants will be able to identify both their strengths and weaknesses in time management and how to best utilize their time to meet deadlines and goals.

Process:

  1. Complete a time management survey skill
  2. Determine reasons why a person needs effective time management skills
  3. Identify barriers to effective time management
  4. Understanding timewasters
  5. Identifying their personal time wasters
  6. Tips to more effective time management
Outcome:
The participant will be able to identify their strengths and continue to build on those. They will then be able to identify their weak time management skills and determine if they want to make improvements in those areas or focus on what they do well already. They will be able to communicate to their team tips and ideas to help the team members become more effective with their time.
