The Federal Government has created a new mandatory labor law poster that all businesses are required to post. All businesses must display this USERRA notice, regardless of industry or number of employees. The notice protects the employment rights of employees who serve in the military. It requires employers to notify their employees that they have various employment and healthcare rights under USERRA if they perform military service. The final poster will be available at http://www.dol.gov/vets/
