User ID & Passwords:

Yes, you will need these to access your course library. Generally, the user ID reflects your division, department, branch, employee id number or whatever you choose for tracking. I chose to follow your e-mail sequence using your full last name and first name initial. It's important from an Administration perspective that each employee or user has his or her own login name and password.

Note:

1. If the system asks if you would like to "Save Your Password", it is recommended that you always choose "No."
2. You have 3 attempts to enter your correct user name and password. Protects against impersonators.

To activate a course, just click on the icon. It is that simple!

You may want to click on our Navigational Tool Bar. This will guide you through a quick tech check and simple tutorial on using the OnTimeTraining toolbar.

Information you may need to know: You will need to have Shockwave Flash 4 loaded on your computer. Many people already do. Should you need Shockwave Flash 4, no problem, it is a simple download - Click Here to download it. Be patient if you are dialing in from off-site during high Internet peak times that can slow down the system. Audio is a part of each program. Adjust the audio volume on your equipment depending on the environment or plug in earphones (recommended). To activate a Course just click on the icon. To print content, drag and highlight the selection. Then use the Ctrl-P function to select printing options. Web Courses average around 1.5 - 2 hours and are comprised of a series of modules. You are encouraged to learn at your own pace. The system will bookmark the last page viewed. You can always choose the Course Outline button on the navigation bar when you return to a course. An indicator will show you where you left off the previous time.
